How It works

  • It’s simple:

    1. Complete the client intake and service forms below.

    2. We’ll review your property details and provide a custom quote.

    3. Once you approve the quote, you’ll receive a secure Square invoice to complete payment.

    4. After payment, your service will be scheduled and confirmed.

  • Every property is different. Final costs depend on factors like property size, number of shutters/windows, and specific service needs. “Starting at” prices show our minimum rate, but your custom quote will reflect your exact situation.

  • Payment is due after you approve your custom quote but before services are performed. For memberships, payments are billed automatically each month through Square.

  • No. We provide detailed documentation and reports to support you with insurance or contractors, but we are not responsible for claims or repair work.
